Data Collection Methodologies
Data is gathered from BRS’ centralized data collection center, which includes phone rooms, focus group facilities, a mailing center and on-line research. The experience gained over the years bridge all industries including manufacturing, education, transportation, financial, health care, political polling, distribution, wholesale, automotive and retail. We conduct research throughout the United States and Canada and all phases are completed in-house from study design, to data collection, to compilation and analysis; BRS does not sub-contract.
Ron Mayher directs and supervises the research studies contracted and is the owner and president of Business Research Services. Ron has an MBA, an undergraduate in Quantitative Business Statistics, earned his Professional Researcher Certification (PRC), and has twenty-five years experience designing, implementing and moderating industrial and consumer research studies. Ron also taught Retail Marketing at Lakeland College (Lake County, Ohio) and is active in the Marketing Research Association (Insights). Ron served on the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Chapter of the American Marketing Association for five years.
